Re: Cade Hillside Development Permit Resubmittal (HDP No. 96-10)
Dear Ann:
On behalf of Steve Cade, we are resubmitting the Cade Tentative Parcel Map in conjunction
with the Hillside Development Permit referenced above in accordance with the Planning
Department letter dated September 5, 1996. The following issues have been addressed as
follows:

Ongoing correspondence between City and Archaeological Consultant and my
understanding is that there are no significant findings. This will be verified in
Archaeological report to follow.
Correspondence from Biological Consultant answering your questions to be provided
directly to City by October 25,1996.
The proposed grading has been revised to remove encroachment into the sensitive
slopes as discussed at our recent meeting.
An Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for 25' Public Access Easement has been shown on
the Tentative Parcel Map and includes verbiage regarding the City's acceptance of
said I.O.D.
Information for the applicant and requires no further action.
