This letter is to confirm that the sand volleyball court, irrigated lawn and landscaped berms
were in place on April 29, 1996 when the Cade property was inventoried for biological resources
by our biologist, Marcia D. Mann. The photograph of this feature of the site was made during
the site reconnaissance and is included as our photo # 1 of our 8 May 1996 report of the Cade
Property. Also the Vegetation and Sensitive Resources Map, our Figure 3 on page 6 of that same
report, indicates that these landscaped features are disturbed features of the site. Page 2 also
indicates our assessment of these features relative to the biological resources on the site.
