SUBJECT: HDP 96-1O/MS 96-01 - CADE SUBDIVISION
Dear Steven:
Thank you for your December 17, 1998 letter and receipt/acknowledgment verifying
your compliance with Condition No. 7 of the subject Hillside Development Permit. As
you requested in your letter, the City acknowledges through this correspondence that
you have satisfied this condition as required.
The City is currently processing your amended Hillside Development Permit (HDP 96-
lO(A)). Staff is awaiting verification from the coastal staff and Mr. Tom Jones that the
California Department of Fish and Game and Army Corp of Engineers have approved
the boat launch shown on the amended plan submitted to the City and that the coastal
conditions of approval have been met. Since the site plan the Coastal Commission
approved is the one staff is reviewing for amendment, th.e processing of this application
is somewhat reversed. Until the amended Hillside Development Permit is approved by
the Planning Director and all conditions of approval are satisfied for the minor
subdivision, the City cannot issue a grading permit or approve the final map for this
subdivision.
