SUBJECT: TAYLOR MADE AGREEMENT - HDP 96-14
Dear Scott:
Please find attached a new revised copy of the Hold Harmless Agreement for the golf
test facility. The attorney’s office made a few modifications. The original document is
attached for your reference. The attorney also requested that an authorization for the
president to bind (sign for) the corporation also be provided. Please have the
agreement signed and notarized. When completed, please return the agreement to me
and I will forward it on to the attorney’s office for recordation.
