The proposal is for a golf manufacturing business and test range . The 203,349 sq. ft. building will maintain a height of 35’ and falls outside the 60 CNEL contour within the Palomar Airport Influence Area. The project has been conditioned to prohibit night lighting on the test range which will utilize a robot golf machine for testing. Your written comments concefning the project’s conformance with Palomar Airport’s Comprehensive Land Use plan, along with other factors that would assure compatibility with airport operations, are appreciated.
