Project Title: Chapa/Baynor Residential Subdivision Project Location: South side of Harrison Street between Adams Street and Locust Avenue. Project Description: The construction of two single family residences situated on a .997acre lot. Justification for this determination is on file in the Planning Department, 2075 Las Palmas Drive, Carlsbad, California 92009. Comments from the public are invited. Please submit comments in writing to the Planning Department within 30 days of date of publication.
