Use an addendum sheet if necessary. DescriptionExplanation. We propose to build a 5492 square foot single-family home where an existing home burnt down approximately 2 years ago. We feel that rebuilding this home would give the neighborhood back a look of completion and will be aesthetically pleasing. The current condition of the lot is a home in ruin. We plan to use the existing foundation of the former home. The home will have a Mediterranean style look with a tile roof, which blends with the current homes in the area. We will build this home on the land described below.
