Description/Explanation:
The proposed project involves the installation of a 3,600 square foot, single-
story wood frame Visitor Center building onto a 2.5 acre development pad on
Kelly Ranch Area F. Processing and approval of a Site Development Permit and
and a Coastal Development Permit will be required prior to installation and
operation of the facility.
