Carlsbad LCPA No. 1-02B, C and D (Carlsbad Promenade, Redeemer by the
Sea, and Thompson-Tabata Rezones) Certification Review. Concurrence with
Executive Director’s determination that materials submitted by the City of
Carlsbad comply with the Commission’s action to certify the Local Coastal
Program Amendment with suggested modifications.
