Please find enclosed a resubmittal of the first City of Carlsbad LCPA package for the
2004 calendar year. The resubmittal responds to the Coastal Commission staff’s letter
to the City dated April 30, 2004, which outlined incomplete items for all components of
the City submitted LCPA package. The LCPA batch involves the projects as shown
below.
Please process this application for the first LCP Amendment for the City of Carlsbad for
