SUBJECT: ZONE 19 PARK - LCPA 02-03/MP 177@D)/CUP 01-22/HDP 01-07/CDP 01-31
Pursuant to our previous telephone conversations, please find enclosed a copy of the biological resources
report for the above-referenced project. Staff is hoping that you will be able to provide concurrence for a
''de minimis" take for the .03-acre temporary impacts to disturbed coastal sage scrub and the .Ol-acre of
encroachment into ACOE jurisdictional waters discussed in the report. As we discussed, this project has
been appealed by the neighbors in the area (for reasons not related to biological resources). Staff cannot
schedule the hearing on this appeal until we have responses from USFWS and CDFG on this request.
Therefore, any assistance you can give us in expediting this process would be appreciated.
