Interstate 5 and Poinsettia Lane. The project site currently has a General Plan Land Use designation of N (Neighborhood Commercial) and is
zoned C-1-Q (Neighborhood CommerciaVQualified Overlay Zone). The Local Coastal Program (LCP) designates the site as “visitor-serving
or neighborhood commercial” in the document text and N (Neighborhood Commercial) on the LCP Land Use map. The proposed General
Plan Amendment, Zone Change and Local Coastal Program Amendment would result in the following designations:
