We are the om of APN 211-040-33-66, n pml of approximately 15 acres located east of the Castco Store and toutb of Palomar Aupat Road, A sisnificant phon of the property is wetland.
However, approximately 3 acns bas been cansistezluy ideatifled in the general plan as pItuwed industrial w, and the Cify has imposed pJsesrmcnts for roads etc, on the property based on such dosignatim The psoperty oleo includes major sewer and water ewements fer the various agencies connecting to the facilities west of the fhewny. We believe that these UBCS arc within 100’ of the wetlands.
The hgwp of the proposed HMP at section 7-1.12 requires that ‘‘ ... buffer of lesser width shall require
sufftciont information to detemhe that a buffer of lesser width will protect the identified raowce,” Givw the
