Enclosed are documents indicating the Carlsbad City Council’s action accepting the suggested
modifications for the Habitat Management Plan (LCPA 02-10). Three copies of the following
items are enclosed:

Maps showing the new and revised Hardline Properties
It is our understanding that the Executive Director’s Check-off of this item will be placed on the
Coastal Commission’s July meeting agenda to certify that the City has accepted the Suggested
Modifications. As we discussed on the phone, it is the City’s strong desire to have the Golf
Course appeal heard at the same meeting. We would appreciate hearing from you regarding the scheduling of the Golf Course.
