Enclosed is the strikeout version of the LCP amendment. This shows everything
proposed to be deleted from the existing certified LCP. As I mentioned in my phone
message, we are proposing deletions from Mello II only. For Mello I and Agua Hedionda
we are proposing only the addition of new wording, which you already have. If you have
