We also provided a copy of the June 13 memo to Coastal Commission staff for their review. They have requested a revision to the wording that was contained in the June 13 memo regarding invasive plants (see attached email). Shown below is the proposed wording with deletions in strikethrough format and additions underlined. “The use of invasive fw+&tve * plant species in the landscaping for developments e w, such as those identified in Table 12 of the HMP, shall be pro hi bi ted . I’ Staff finds that this change is acceptable and should be substituted for the wording previously included in the June 13 memo. The new wording would be applied to the Mello I, Mello 11, and Agua Hedionda Land Use Plans. MICHAEL J.
