It is hereby requested that the LCPA application be modified to delete the portion of the Phase 11 trail that lies outside of Planning Area 27. The only portion of the Phase 11 trail to be considered with the current LCPA would then be that portion within Davidson’s Planning Area 27. It is my understanding that this segmentation of the Phase I1 trail processing was discussed at a meeting between Coastal Commission staff and representatives from Aviara and this processing arrangement was tentatively authorized. It is also my understanding. that this LCPA is still scheduled for the December, 1995 Coastal Commission hearings in San Francisco. Thanks again for your responsive attitude and expedient processing of the Aviara LCPA applications. At request of the Office of Permit Assistance, this letter will be copied to Chuck Damm, Larry Clemens, and Lauren Sevrin. (619) 438-1161, extension 4499 if you have any questions or if the processing circumstances differ from those expressed in this correspondence.
