CARLSBAD RANCH LOCAL COASTAL PROGRAM AMENDMENT
LCPA 90-8(B)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers,
1200 Carlsbad Village Drive, Carlsbad, California, at 6: 00 p.m., on Tuesday, June 11, 1996, to consider accepting the suggested modifications adopted by the California Coastal Commission for
the Carlsbad Ranch Specific Plan. The project site is generally located north of Palomar Airport Road, south of the future Cannon Road extensiori {except fer: an area of approximatcly 24.2 acres
located on the north side of Cannon Road), east of Paseo Del Norte, and west of the boundary of Local Facilities Management
Zones 5 and 8, and more particularly described as:
A portion of Lots "G" and "H" of Rancho Agua Hedionda,
in the City of Carlsbad, according to Map thereof No. 823, filed in the Office of the San Diego
County Recorder on November 16, 1896; and Lots 1, 2, 7, and 8 of Carlsbad Tract No. 92-7(Carlsbad Ranch Units 1 and 2), in the City of Carlsbad, according to Map
thereof No. 13078, filed in the Office of the San
Diego County Recorder on December 28, 1993; and Lots
9-14, inclusive of Carlsbad Tract No. 92-7 (Carlsbad Ranch Unit 3), in the City of Carlsbad, according to
Map thereof No. 13215, filed in the Office of the San Diego County Recorder on June 30, 1995.
