SUBTECT: UXAL COASTAL PLAN AMENDMENT APPLICATION - Am PHASE III
Dear Mr. Damm:
In a correspondence dated July 7, 1994, the City of Carlsbad requested a continuance of
the AViara Phase 111 Local Coastal Program amendment (Carlsbad LCPA 1-94(B)), currently scheduled for the July 12-15,1994 public hearings. This correspondence is to clarify that
the continuance request is only for one month and we request to be heard at the August
Commission hearings.
