As the City of Carlsbad has requested a one-month postponement of Carlsbad LCP Amendment 1-94 (B) in order to further communicate their habitat protection policies
to Coastal staff, Aviara Land Associates concedes to follow the City and requests a one-
month postponement of the above referenced Coastal Development Application for
Aviara Phase 111. In considering the continuance, we request that a specific motion be
made by the Commission to extend our Application to a date certain on the August, 1994 agenda in Long Beach.
