SuBJECR LOCAL COASTAL PLAN AMENDMENT APPLt-TION - AVLARA PHASE III
Dear Mr. Damm:
The City is requesting a continuance of the Aviara Phase 111 Local Coastal Program
amendment (Carlsbad LCPA 1-94(B)), currently scheduled for the July 12-15,1994 public
hearings. The continuance would allow the City, Commission staff, and the appropriate
resource agencies to further explore the necessary mitigation for the project.
