Dear Gary:
I have put together two LCP Implementing Ordinances amendment packages for submittal to the Coastal Commission. As you are aware, the City must be the applicant for the LCP amendments.
I would like to submit a package along with our Phase I11 Coastal Permit
application.
If the package looks OK to you, please type a cover letter (sample enclosed) and I will pick up the letter and one of the packages. Keep one application package for your
files.
