Dear Bill:
As a follow up to my September 17, 1992 letter, I am sending you a copy of the City’s
6 week public review notice for the Beach Area Land Use Study that the City is currently
processing (LCPA 92-02). A Zone Change (ZC 92-01) and General Plan Amendment
(GPA 92-09) are also being processed by the City. After City Council action the project
will be submitted to the Coastal Commission to complete the LCP Amendment process.
