AREA LAND USE STUDY
Dear Bill:
Regarding the above referenced application by the Crty of Carlsbad it was my
understanding that it might be considered at the July hearings of the Coastal
Commission. However, the City has other Local Coastal Program Amendment
applications that are either pending or will be submitted later this year. Therefore, the
City wants to coordinate all Carlsbad LCPA’s given the limits allowed for LCPA’s within
a one year period.
Please contact me at your earliest convenience to further discuss the possible Coastal
hearing date for this project relative to other City LCPA’s for 1993.
