COASTAL COMMISSION SUGGESTED MODIFICATIONS TO GREEN VALLEY MASTER PLAN

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive, Carlsbad, California, at 6:OO p.m., on Tuesday, September 10, 1996, to consider an amendment to various sections of the adopted Green Valley
Master Plan to include suggested modifications made by the California
Coastal Commission regarding: General Community Development Guidelines;
Open Space and Biological Habitat Enhancement Plan: Biological Mitigation
Program: Development Standards; Use Allocation; Permitted Uses:
Pedestrian/Bicycle Trails: Trailhead Parking: and Building Height; on property generally located south of La Costa Avenue, west of El Camino
Real, north and east of the City of Enchitas, in Local Facilities Management Zone 23, and more particulariy described as:
A portion of Section 2, Township 13 South, Range 4 West:
and a portion of Section 35, Township 12 South, Range 4
West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California.

raising only those issues raised by you or someone else at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to
