Enclosed for your reference is an informational booklet on the proposed
Green Valley Crossings project. This item is scheduled to be heard before the Commission on Tuesday, May 7,1996.
This project has been approved unanimously by the Carlsbad City Council
and is recommended for approval by Coastal Commission Staff.
City of Carlsbad representatives, as well as representatives from Carlsbad
Partners, Ltd., and their consultants will be in attendance for the hearing, and
will be making brief statements in support. We also look forward to answer
any questions the Commission may have relative to the project.
