NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold a public
hearing at the Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive, Carlsbad, California, at 6:00 p.m. on
Wednesday, December 7, 1994, to consider a request for a Conditional Use Pennit to allow a school to
operate in a 10,OOO square foot suite in an existing office building on property generally located on the
west side of Avenida Enanas between Palomar Airport Road and Cannon Road and within bal
Facilities Management Zone 3 and more particularly desaibed as:
Parcels 19 and 20 of Map #11457, City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California, filed July 2, 1981.
Those penons wishing to speak on this proposal art cordially invited to attend the public hearing. Copies
of the staff report will be available on and after December 1, 1994. If you have any questions, please call

If you challenge the Conditional Use Permit in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you
or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence
delivered to the City of Carlsbad at or prior to the public hearing.
