NOTICE OF PUBLIC BEARING
AFFORDABLE HOUSING LOCAL COASTAL PROGRAM AMENDMENT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers,
1200 CarlsbadVillage Drive, Carlsbad, California, at 6:OO p.m., on
Tuesday, February 14, 1995, to consider an amendment to the Local
Coastal Program (LCP) to adopt the previously approved affordable
housing zone code amendments for Senior Citizen Housing (ZCA 93-5)
and Second Dwelling Units (ZCA 92-4) as the implementing zoning for
the Local Coastal Program in the City of Carlsbad. This amendment
is necessary to ensure consistency between the City's zoning
ordinance (Title 21) and it's Local Coastal Program.

If you challenge the Local Coastal Program Amendment in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues raised by you or
someone else at the public hearing described in this notice or in
written correspondence delivered to the City of Carlsbad City
Clerk's Office at, or prior to, the public hearing.
