SUBJECT: LCP AMENDMENT 1-96G
Dear Ms. Lee:
On April 1, 1997, the Carlsbad City Council adopted the California Coastal Commission’s
suggested modifications to the City’s Zoning Code and Local Coastal Program (LCP) Land Use
Plans regarding affordable housing policies and provisions (see attached City Council Ordinance
and Resolution). This action should enable the Executive Director to find that the subject LCP
Amendment is deemed certified.
