SPECIAI CONDITIONS:
This amendment permit is subject to the following conditions:
1. Gradina and Erosion Control. Prior to the issuance of the coastal development permit, the applicant shall submit final grading plans which shall incorporate the following:
A. Grading may only occur in conformance with a detailed grading schedule to be submitted to, reviewed and approved in writing by the Executive Director prior to commencement of grading. All permanent runoff and erosion control devices shall be developed and installed prior to or concurrent with onsi te grading activities. schedule shall be promptly reported to the Executive Director. 2. Final Community Trail Plans and Construction. Prior to the issuance of the coastal development permit, the applicant shall submit for review and approval of the Executive Di rector, fi nal trai 1 improvement plans i ndi cati ng
