Gradina and Erosion Control. Prior to the issuance of the coastal development permit, the applicant shall submit final grading plans which shall incorporate the following: A. Grading may only occur in conformance with a detailed grading schedule to be submitted to, reviewed and approved in writing by the Executive Director prior to commencement of grading.
