Please find enclosed the items requested in your March 19, 1998 correspondence
regarding the first City of Carlsbad LCPA for the 1998 calendar year (Carlsbad LCPA 1-
98). These items are:

Two additional copies of the Poinsettia Properties Specific Plan;
Copies of all letters of comments received at the local level;
Clean copy of final version of revised Hillside Development Ordinance;
Final and strike-out version of revised Chapter 21 33;
Copies of all local hearing minutes for Incidental Outdoor Dining.
The visual analysis completed for the public hearings for Poinsettia Properties is
contained in the Environmental Impact Report for the project, a copy of which was
included in the first submittal.
We are prepared to provide your with 35 extra copies of the Poinsettia Properties
Specific Plan, the Hillside Development Ordinance, the Stormwater Management
Ordinance once the project is deemed complete, or at any time you desire. If you have
