SUBJECT: LCP AMENDMENT 1-98-D
Dear Mr. Ponder:
On December 14, 1999, the Carlsbad City Council adopted the California Coastal
Commission’s suggested modifications to the City’s Hillside Development Ordinance
and Uses Generally Chapter (see attached City Council Ordinance). This action should
enable the Executive Director to find that the subject LCP Amendment is deemed
certified.
