Briefly, the transmitted items include the following: LCPA 95-06/Poinsettia Properties Specific Plan; LCPA 96-01/Hi 11 side Development Ordinance; LCPA 96-09/Stormwater Management Ordinance; LCPA 96-10/Inci dental Outdoor Di nlng Areas; LCPA 97-01 and 97-07/Drive Thru Restaurant Prohibition and LCPA 97-061Aviara Phase I11 North. Pursuant to Section 13553 of the Commission's Code of Regulations, the Executive Director has reviewed the transmittal and determined it to be incomplete. The following items must be submitted for the amendment package to be deemed complete: LCPA 95-06/Poinsettia Properties - Two extra copies of the proposed Specific Plan, copies of all letters of comments received at the local level and, if there was any visual analysis completed for the local hearings, such vi sua1 analysis should be forwarded as we1 1 ; LCPA 96-01 /Hi 11 si de Development - A clean copy of the final version of the revised ordinance (without any strike-out and underline) and final, as well as strike-out/underline, versions of the rev1 sed Chapter 21.53/Uses Generally; and LCPA 96-1O/Incidental Outdoor Dining - Copies of all minutes from the public hearings.
