Carlsbad LCPA. # %99D (Kelly Ranch) for the Commission Meeting of October 13, 1999 Staff recommends the Commission approve the following changes to the above referenced staff report. On Page 13 of the stclff report, Suggested Modification 8b should be changed as follows: 8.b. The map shall include a mvised Open Space boundary for Plaoning Area L based on an updated biologlctll survey and slop analysis prepared at the direction of the City and approved by the Executive Director, The survey and analysis shall identify ad map all contiguous area on Planning Area L comprised of slopes 25% -, including, but not limited to, coastal sage scrub and southern .
