Dear Mr. Westman:
Thank you for the opportunity to review the above referenced notices. The
referrals do not indicate any government jurisdictional changes associated
with the developments. Therefore, the Local Agency Formation
Commission (LAFCO) will not be a responsible agency for these projects.

(i.e., annexations, detachments, etc.), it is not necessary to refer them to
