SUBJECT: INSERTS FOR CITY OF CARLSBAD LCPA 99-06 (INCLUSIONARY
H 0 U SING)
The initial application of this item, submitted to you as part of LCP Amendment #1-
2000, noted an agenda bill and the final, approved versions of several items were
unavailable but would be provided when ready. All missing items are now available and
are enclosed. Please revise the packet already submitted to you as follows:
1. REPLACE page 3 of the application letter, LCPA Submittal Requirements -
Checklist, with the enclosed since all checklist items are now provided.
2. REMOVE page 7 of the application letter, since explanatory notes are no longer
needed.
3. REPLACE the January 19, 2000, excerpt of the draft Planning Commission minutes
with the enclosed excerpt of the final approved minutes.
4. AFTER the March 14, 2000, City Council agenda bill (which includes a
redline/strikeout version of the proposed ordinance) and BEFORE the Notice of
Determination, INSERT the enclosed packet containing the March 21, 2000, Council
agenda bill and signed Ordinance NS-535, and excerpts of the final approved
Council minutes for February 8 and 15, and March 14 and 21,2000.
Also enclosed are the additional two copies of the LCP submittal you requested. They
already include the above changes.
