NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR THE APPROVAL OF A MINOR
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that a Minor Conditional Use Permit has been applied for to allow for the
installation and operation of a new Wireless Communication Facility at 7730 Rancho Santa Fe
Road within the La Costa Plaza located at the southeast corner of La Costa Avenue and Rancho
Santa Fe Road, Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
Parcel 2 of Parcel Map 12586 in the City of Carlsbad, County
of San Diego, State of California, filed in the Office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County on February 25, 1983,
as File No. 83-060578 of Official Records
If you have any objections to the granting of this Minor Conditional Use Permit or wish to have
an informal hearing to discuss the requested permits, please notify the Planning Department,
1635 Faraday Avenue, Carlsbad, California 92008, in writing within 10 days of the date of this
