withdrawing the application for a Conditional Use Permit, #MCUP-06-02, for a proposed wireless
telecommunications facility at the above-referenced location.
Powder River is further requesting that any unused portion of the application fee ($630) be refunded to
CricKet Communications, Inc. The application fees may be refunded to CricKet at the address below,
