The clarity and accuracy of the information you provide is critical for purposes of quickly determining the specific environmental effects of your project. Any environmental studies (i.e., biological, cultural resource, traffic, noise) that are necessary to substantiate a "no impact" or "yes impact" determination should be submitted as an attachment to this Environmental Information Form. This is especially important when a Negative Declaration is being sought. It will not involve retail sales or on site employees. The site is unmanned and will be visited one day a month for maintenance. The subject site is located at 5950 Carlsbad Village Dr. and is currently occupied by a 20-foot tall Water Tank, 6-foot tall Chain Link Fence, and various full grown Landscaping. The lowest elevation point of the property is 257 and the highest is 270 (see survey). The subject site is located on the corner of Donna Drive and Carlsbad Village Drive and does not have cultural, historical, or scenic aspects. Photos are attached. 33. Describe the surrounding properties, including information on plants and animals and any cultural, historical or scenic aspects. Indicate the type of land use (residential, commercial, etc.). intensity of land use (one-family, apartment houses, shops, department stores, etc.). and scale of development (height, frontage, set-back, rear yard, etc.). Attach photographs of the vicinity. Snapshots or polaroid photos will be accepted. The area surrounding the subject site is fully developed with single family residual uses. The homes range from 1 to 2 story building developed on 5,000 to 10,000 square foot lots. The surrounding roads are fully developed with curb, gutter and sidewalks. There is no visual evidence of cultural, historical or scenic aspects looking from the subject to the surrounding area. Because the surrounding area is fully developed and is still being developed there was no evidence of animals other than bird and domestic animals. The landscaping located on the residential properties varied from full grown to fresh planting. The properties located adjacent to the subject site contained fully grown landscaping.
