On July 1 2008, MCUP 06-05 - T-Mobile Westbluff Plaza was reviewed for
compliance with the conditions contained therein.
The project was found to be in compliance with all of the conditions of Planning
Director approval letter date June 18, 2007 and no further action was taken, are
necessary.

The Engineering Department has completed its review of the above referenced project for
application completeness and has determined that the application and plans submitted for this
project are complete and suitable for continued review. Engineering staff does not have
any comments but wishes to add the following condition to the project.
1. Developer shall comply with the City's Stormwater Regulations. Developer
shall implement best management practices at all times. Best management
practices include but are not limited to pollution treatment practices or
devices, general housekeeping practices, pollution prevention and
educational practices, maintenance procedures, and ^ther management
practices or devices to prevent or reduce the discharge of pollutants to
stormwater, receiving water or stormwater conveyance system to the
maximum extent practicable.
