RE: MCUP 06-06 - BATIQUITOS LAGOON
During the annual review of you Conditional Use Permit, staff observed that one of the
conditions of approval for this project may not be met. Condition No. 8 of the approved MCUP
06-06 letter dated May 31, 2007 which is enclosed for your convenience, states that within six
months of approval of the extension, developer/owner shall comply with ANSI/IEEE standards
for EMF emissions and shall submit a project implementation report which provides cumulative
field measurements of radio frequency (EMF) power densities of all antennas installed at the
subject site. Currently, there is no report in the project file.
Staff would like to remind you that it is pertinent to abide by the conditions of approval or your
Conditional Use Permit may not be extended; Please provide the needed information. If you
have any additional questions, please give me a call at 760-602-4624.
