4. CONTACT APPLICANT (OR OWNER) AND SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT
FOR THE REVIEW.
5. COMPLETE REVIEW INFORMATION SECTION DURING REVIEW.
6. HAVE PRINCIPAL PLANNER REVIEW AND SIGN.

Site check on 6/8/10 revealed no issues. Review of project's conditions of approval also
reveals no compliance issues.
I contacted Maria Callander, IT Manager at the Safety Center, to learn of any issues.
Maria, who is very familiar with the Sprint site, said she has no reason to contact Sprint.
She did have concerns, however, regarding Sprint's requests to access to the building's
computer and phone rooms to troubleshoot Sprint problems, which has created
problems. I have forwarded her concerns to Joe Garuba, Municipal Projects Manager.
