NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR A MINOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that a Minor Conditional Use Permit (MCUP) has been applied for to
allow the continued operation of a wireless communication facility consisting of 6 roof mounted
PCS panel antennas and one oval positioning antenna behind a screen and six ground-mounded
radio equipment cabinets on property generally located at 720 Macadamia Drive, on the north
side of Macadamia Drive between Raintree Drive and Avenida Encinas Carlsbad, California, and
more particularly described as:
Lots 9 and 10 of Carlsbad Tract No. 81-05, filed in the Office of
the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California,
April 11, 1984
If you have any objections to the granting of this MCUP or wish to have an informal hearing to
discuss the requested MCUP, please notify the Planning Department, 1635 Faraday Avenue,
Carlsbad, California 92008, in writing within 10 days of the date of this notice. If you have any
