Dear Ms. Sexton:
Thank you for your assistance in the renewal of the above mentioned Conditional Use
Permit. Please accept this as a letter of intent to renew expired CUP Case No. 96-15(A)xl
with an address of 720 Macadamia Drive . The facility is an existing wireless
communications facility owned and operated by Sprint Nextel Corporation. The site has
not been modified in any way. Sprint requests the application be processed as a Minor
Conditional Use Permit.
