NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR A MINOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that a Minor Conditional Use Permit (MCUP) has been applied for to
allow the continued operation of a wireless communication facility consisting of 9 roof mounted
panel antennas behind a RF transparent screen along with associated radio equipment cabinets on
property generally located at 1015 Chestnut Avenue, on the south side of Chestnut Avenue
between Adams Street and Eureka Place in Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described
as:
Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 12574, in the City of Carlsbad, County
of San Diego, State of California, according to map thereof, filed
in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County,
February 24, 1983
If you have any objections to the granting of this MCUP or wish to have an informal hearing to
discuss the requested MCUP, please notify the Planning Department, 1635 Faraday Avenue,
Carlsbad, California 92008, in writing within 10 days of the date of this notice. If you have any
