The facility is in compliance with the conditions of approval. The existing facility consists of nine (9) antennas mounted onto the rooftop of an existing commercial structure and are concealed from public view behind RF transparent screening. Associated equipment cabinets are located on the ground adjacent to the building and are surrounded by a 14' x 14' CMU wall. The existing CMU wall has a cement plaster finish to match the adjacent wall texture and color. To Sprint's knowledge there have been no written complaints with regards to this existing installation. Further, the technology used has not become obsolete, and the operation of the antennas is still necessary. Please let me now if I can provide you with any additional information.
