NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR A MINOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that a Minor Conditional Use Permit (MCUP) has been applied for to
allow the continued operation of a wireless communication facility consisting of 9 panel and six
equipment cabinets on property generally located at 7710 El Camino Real, at the northeast
corner of the La Costa Towne Center (east of and adjacent to the entrance off of La Costa
Avenue) in Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
Parcel B of Parcel Map No. 10283, in the City of Carlsbad, in the
County of San Diego, State of California, filed in the Office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County, June 30, 1980, as
Instrument No. 80-240721, Official Records
If you have any objections to the granting of this MCUP or wish to have an informal hearing to
discuss the requested MCUP, please notify the Planning Department, 1635 Faraday Avenue,
Carlsbad, California 92008, in writing within 10 days of the date of this notice. If you have any
