NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR A MINOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that a Minor Conditional Use Permit (MCUP) has been applied for to
allow the continued operation of six roof-mounted panel antennas and two radio equipment
cabinets for a wireless communication facility on property generally located at 5335 Paseo Del
Norte Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
Lot 1 of Carlsbad Tract 72-3, City of Carlsbad, County of San
Diego, State of California, Map No. 7492, filed November 30,
1972
If you have any objections to the granting of this MCUP or wish to have an informal hearing to
discuss the requested MCUP, please notify the Planning Department, 1635 Faraday Avenue,
Carlsbad, California 92008, in writing within 10 days of the date of this notice. If you have any
