This final letter is to inform you that your Minor Conditional Use Permit (MCUP) No. 07-15 will
expire on November 6, 2012. Despite notices sent to you on July 2, 2012 and August 1, 2012
about this matter, we have not received an application to extend the MCUP. Copies of our
previous notices are enclosed.
In order to continue operating the use for which the original permit was issued beyond
November 6, 2012, you must contact the Planning Division immediately to arrange to
submit a new MCUP application. If you do not submit a new application within 10 working days
from the date of expiration, we will refer the matter to our Code Enforcement department for
further action. This is the final notice you will receive before we initiate enforcement action.

Fire Department approval.)
Fire Department has reviewed this p'roject as requested and would offer the following
comments;
1. This approval is for the continued use of this building as a cellular communications site
and not for construction.
2. That plans shall be submitted to the "City" for the proposed equipment relocation and
the proposed construction, including demolition.
3. Items tliat "Fire" shall be looking for when submittal for building permits is made are;
• Proper signage indicating the presence of energized equipment, and the use of a
stored power system.
• A plan for the proposed addition or alteration to the existing automatic fire
sprinkler system.
• A "KNOX" key box for this location shall be required. Tbe ordering information
may be obtained by contacting this office at 760-602-4665.

application completeness and has determined that the application and plans submitted for this
project are complete and suitable for continued review. Engineering staff does not have any
comments to add to the project. Please add the following conditions to the approving
resolution/letter:
1. Developer shall comply with the City's Stormwater Regulations. Developer
shall implement best management practices at all times. Best management
practices include but are not limited to pollution treatment practices or
devices, erosion control to control silt runoff during construction, general
housekeeping practices, pollution prevention and educational practices,
maintenance procedures, and other management practices or devices to
prevent or reduce the discharge of pollutants to stormwater, receiving
water or stormwater conveyance system to the maximum extent
practicable.
