NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR A MINOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that a Minor Conditional Use Permit (MCUP) has been applied for to
allow the continued operation of a wireless communication facility consisting of 12 roof
mounted panel antennas which are painted, and textured to mimic the existing brick fa9ade,
along with associated radio equipment cabinets on a property generally located at 2714 Loker
Avenue West, on the west side of Loker Avenue between Palomar Airport Road and El Fuerte
Street in Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
Lot 2 of Carlsbad Tract Map No. 74-21, in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California, according to map thereof
No. 10372, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San
Diego County, April 13, 1982
